MOTORCYCLE SAFETY REMINDERS

Wet Weather Riding - The roads are the most slippery the first hour after rainfall begins. All the oil, diesel, and engine coolant is pushed to the surface by the new rain. It takes a while for the rain to wash away those super slippery chemicals!

Ethanol Fuels - attract more moisture and will cause more damage to your fuel system if left untreated. Use a fuel treatment to remove water from your fuel system if your motorcycle, atv, or personal watercraft will sit for two weeks or more between uses.

Air-Cooled Engines - need air flow to prevent damage. Operating your air-cooled motorcycle at slow speeds on 90+ degree days causes your motor to retain heat, and shortens the life of your engine. Your motor needs wind on those fins as much as you need the wind in your face!
